Tailored, relatable, and built for meaningful results

Our group training and development programs are designed around the belief that everyone can be a leader. But we know that not everyone absorbs information and learns in the same way. We use a variety of techniques based on the tenets of adult-accelerated learning to appeal to a variety of learning styles and keep participants engaged.

Don’t picture lecture-based, “talking head” training. While teacher-led instruction is part of it, we also incorporate:

· Socratic methods (questions and group dialogue)· Cooperative and collaborative small-group learning
· Real-world problem-solving· Best practice learning
· Peer-to-peer learning· Role plays, and more

We deliver programs in several ways: in person either biweekly or in 1–3-day seminars; weekly via Zoom; or in a hybrid format or as a supplement to your company retreat.
