As Program Director for Nally Ventures, Jen Walls wears many hats. As an educator, facilitator, and program developer for adult and youth training programs, Jen has led hundreds of adult professionals and high school students through on-site and virtual skills, management, and leadership development programs in communication, sales, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and more. She is Birkman certified, enhancing her ability to provide in-depth assessments and insights for leadership development. As marketing director for all Nally Ventures affiliated companies, she acts as a marketing consultant, social media manager, and content developer, including overseeing the development of multiple websites. She participates in strategic planning consulting for clients and coordinates sales and business development opportunities across Nally Ventures.
Jen is a Certified Secondary Educator with a B.A. in History from Washington College. She serves as the director of media and communications on the board of the Anne Arundel County Society for Human Resources Management (ASHRM).
