Program Description:
For your organization to be its best, your executive team needs to be their best—in sync with one another and with the organization’s goals and strategic plans. This executive program aims to bridge the gap between management and executive leadership to support the execution of strategic plans, create alignment, improve collaboration and boost morale among the team.Topics: Executive mindsets, communication, strategy

Location: Sessions can be held at your facilities, our team can help you secure a space, or smaller groups can be hosted at our Bethany Beach, Delaware office.
Key Components:
- Pre and Post-Program Assessments completed by program participants and their supervisors to measure improvement

- Practical Application assignments after each session, NO BUSY WORK!
